Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! It is one of my favorite holidays and has been since I was a little girl. I like the pink and red decorations that pop up all over the place. When I was younger, I enjoyed receiving Valentine’s Day cards from my classmates. I was always anxious to see if I would get one from my crush. 🙂
Now, that my son is in preschool I had a reason to create these super cute Valentine’s Day cards. I am so excited to share them with you as well! (See the links at the end of the post for your free download).

More about these Valentine’s Day cards
These cards look really good printed onto cardstock. However, if you do not have any then a good alternative would be to glue the cards to construction paper after you print. This is so it will not seem so flimsy on just regular printer paper. I used my X-acto pen to cut them out, but scissors or a paper trimmer would work too.
Each card has an adorable animal on them. There is also space for a child to write their name as well as the recipient’s name. I plan to have my son fill out all of his cards and get some writing practice in. We will also attach a non-candy gift to each one: BUBBLES! We are using bubbles since there are children with allergies in his class and I would rather be safe than sorry.
But these cards would be great to attach any type of small goodie to for kids to enjoy such as candy, erasers, pencils, or a small toy.
