Finlandia butter is a Kosher product that has been made on a family-owned farm since 1905. This family has always made sure that their butter stays free from artificial or added hormones and additives, including rBst. This all natural butter is made to be creamier than other butters on the market.
I was able to sample both the salted and unsalted Finlandia butter. With the unsalted butter, I decided to make Apple Crumb Cinnamon muffins. I’m really not a baker and I have never made muffins before, so this was a new experience for me. I had my three year old son assist me, which he was more than thrilled to do. They were actually pretty easy to make and they came out good too. I had several people try them, so it is not based off of my opinion alone. I told everyone who ate the muffins that I used Finlandia butter to make the recipe and perhaps this is why they came out so yummy.
I used the salted butter on items such as toast, bagels and in other various meals. Everything that I used it on had an amazing taste. I never thought that I would be able to tell the difference in butter. Butter usually makes everything taste better. However, with Finlandia there was a natural taste and it was very creamy. I would definitely buy Finlandia in the future and suggest it for others to purchase especially to use when baking.
