My little girl is almost 2 ½ years old. Every day I am surprised by how fast she is growing. There are so many new things going on with her. She has new facial expressions and hand gestures. For instance, she will fold her arms when she’s sad or upset now. She is also putting sentences together more often. Just the other day while I was cooking she asked, “Mommy, what are you making?”
Since my son is in preschool now, my daughter and I are able to spend more one-on-one time together. These moments are very precious to me and I make it a point to spend this time focusing on her. During our time together we like to play pretend, build with blocks, put puzzles together, color, paint, sing, dance, and act silly.
After awhile, we usually take a snack break. One of her favorite snacks for a couple of months now has been Gerber Lil Beanies.
I am a fan of these Gerber snacks as well. They come in two flavors: Original and White Cheddar & Broccoli. My growing toddler likes both, but I think White Cheddar & Broccoli is her favorite. I like that this is a healthy snack that we both can enjoy with each other.
Gerber Lil Beanies are loaded with nutritious goodness:
- Navy beans are the main ingredient.
- Naturally flavored and baked.
- These snacks do not contain any genetically engineered ingredients.
- They contain 2 grams of protein, 1 gram of fiber and 10% daily value of Vitamin E per serving.
If you’ve never tried these Gerber snacks before I encourage you to get some for your little one. Once they taste it, you may even have to stock up like I do.
I like to purchase them from Target (my favorite store). Visit you local Target and head to the baby aisle for your Gerber Lil Beanies today. Also, if you have the Ibotta app, please take advantage of their offer for a $0.75 rebate. This will be available until October 15, 2016. If you do not have Ibotta then I suggest you download it. It is available on both Android and iPhone. I love this app because you can earn cash back on everyday purchases.
Have you purchased Gerber Lil Beanies for your toddler? If so, which one is their favorite?
